Originals are the games Duel builds itself, and they are the reason to have an account there. Five of them pay true odds and take nothing at all. Crash takes a tenth of a percent. Blackjack and Video Poker depend on how well you play them. Here is every game, what it pays, and how it works.
At a glance
“Scheme” is how the result gets generated. Most games mix your own client seed into it, so you can recalculate rounds offline. Crash and Castle Roulette use a public randomness beacon instead — a slightly stronger guarantee, but one you check differently.

Choosing one
Among the games with a genuine zero, expected value is identical, so the choice is purely about variance. Where it is not zero, we say so.
Castle Roulette. Forty-eight pockets paying 48×, 24×, 16×, 8×, 4× and 2× — every band multiplies out to exactly 1.0000. It is the only Original where you can confirm the edge from two published numbers rather than trusting a display.
Dice at a high win chance or Plinko on low risk. Frequent small results and shallow drawdowns, both with payout identities you can check on screen in seconds. Best for clearing a wagering requirement.
Limbo at a high target or Mines against many bombs. Long dry runs punctuated by rare large hits — the shape most likely to end a bankroll early. Note that Limbo has no published algorithm, so check its win chance readout.
Pick a win chance. The multiplier is the exact inverse of it.
